Chiba: M2 Co., Ltd. developed an execution environment for SEGA Mega Drive / SEGA Genesis games as part of Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, a new online membership plan for the Nintendo Switch system, which launched on 26th October 2021.

M2 has a long track record of porting SEGA Mega Drive / SEGA Genesis games, and the development team built upon that experience, further improving the quality of the execution environment.
